Woldingham offers an idyllic setting nestled in the heart of the Halliloo Valley. Surrounded by its course, our stately mansion–style venue makes the most of its stunning location.

Sweeping staircases and classic ornate features create a comfortable, country house setting, popular with those seeking an intimate, elegant or vintage wedding venue. Doors lead to a grand stone balcony offering spectacular views across the course and access to endless beautiful photo opportunities!

Woldingham Suite

Our classic, tastefully decorated suite is the perfect setting for your event with private lounge and bar areas for your exclusive use and a large stone balcony providing additional outdoor space and spectacular views in the summer months.

Civil Ceremony Capacity – 100 guests.
Reception Capacity – 100 maximum (seated).
Reception Capacity – 250 guests (no tables/buffet/theatre style).

Facilities include:

  • Civil Ceremonies Licence.
  • Private lounge area.
  • Private bar.
  • Dance floor.
  • Beautiful stone balcony leading to a grand staircase.

Woldingham is a popular choice for Asian, African and Caribbean events. Our experienced weddings events team strive to ensure that traditional values are honoured, whilst considering your individual requirements.

Being sensitive to the needs of certain ceremonies, we can offer:

  • Extended hire periods of up to 15 hours
  • Sacred fire in a Mendap
  • Recommended specialist caterers

Having now hosted many specialist weddings, our experienced events team are familiar with the various celebrations and their unique ceremonies and will work with you to ensure that your day is unique to you, whilst tradition is upheld.

Highly recommended and can't thank all the staff enough for such a beautiful wedding day. Eloise and Sinead guided us through the day and their smiles and calm, fun manner added to all the excitement. Ella was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We wedded on April 11 2026 after finding the Woldingham venue online with its discounted wedding package deal, which was one we couldn’t pass up on given the amazing landscape golf course views and the dj, food and decoration combo. We received nothing but a top tier planning experience with Ella who was incredibly helpful with our queries, requests and was speedy with communication. She’d put us in touch with the different vendors who all executed brilliantly on the day - the dj and decorations were fantastic and we honestly couldn’t have imagined our special day going any better - special shout out to Eloise and the catering team ensuring everything ran smoothly. The aesthetics, visuals, music audio, food (canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet) all added to a dream wedding experience which we’d highly recommend to any engaged couples out there! Thank you all so much for delivering such high quality service throughout our planning right up to the actual day which helped alleviate a lot of our worries - our close friends and family often commented on how calm and relaxed we seemed which honestly was all thanks to the Woldingham Team - we’re entirely grateful , thank you!!

From start to finish, they took care of every single detail with such professionalism, care, and creativity. If I could I would give more than a 5 star rating. Our wedding day was made so special by all the staff that day. Everyone was so organised and helpful and we got nothing but lovely comments from our guests. The venue is absolutely stunning and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anymore. Ella helped us all the way through up until the wedding with updates and answered all our questions with barely any waiting time. She made it so simple for us. On the day Linda had everything running smoothly and all the staff were amazing and even had a little dance with us. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this venue in the future!

Professional, organised, and helpful
My husband and I got married on Friday 14th October at Woldingham Golf Club, and it was truly the day of our dreams, mainly in part due to the fantastic staff at this dream venue. Angie, who I have been in contact with for four years, is the absolute best event coordinator. Nothing has been too much trouble, despite having to postpone three times due to covid. She has been in constant contact with me, keeping me updated all the way through the process and I’m going to miss talking with her! The venue itself is stunning! It totally made our wedding day vision come to life and we have had multiple compliments on choosing such a beautiful venue. Then on to the staff on the day. Shana and her team were so professional, organised, and helpful on the day, making sure that along with our toast master everything went according to plan, which it did! Again nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was out of this world, served piping hot, quickly and efficiently to all 90 guests. We had the best party and the bar staff were even having a dance along with us. We honestly couldn’t have done it without them. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is picture perfect, this is the place for you. We just wish we could do it all over again! Love Mr and Mrs Beavis ❤️

We have the perfect day Angie and her team were so attentive and made sure our day was perfect. The food was amazing and the head chef met with us prior to day to make sure we were happy. The car staff were great fun. Thank you so much highly recommended this venue for weddings etc.

We had our wedding here in December and loved it here. We viewed the venue at the start of the year and knew it was perfect for what we wanted. The staff we dealt with were all helpful and informative, gave us some ideas and helped us created what we wanted for our big day. Food was good, bar staff were friendly and having the whole of upstairs as a private area was great. The venue was dressed how we requested and it looked perfect for our day
